1.2 Promoters & Brands.
Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as third party websites, your bank, our payment processing partner (Stripe) and credit reporting agencies.
1.3 Attendees & Customers.
Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Promoters, other Attendees, social media or other third party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties.
1.4 Analytics information.
We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information to help us provide you a richer experience than we would be able to without such analytics information.
1.5 Cookies and similar technologies.
More information is available in our About Cookies section.
1.6 Log file information.
Your browser automatically reports log file information each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users that then help us track, which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.
1.7 Device identifiers.
When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may store data related to device hardware, operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by FreshSqz.
A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Services and may help others or us provide reports or personalized content and discounts. Some features of the Services may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including keywords, geotag (e.g., to mark your location to content), webpages or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If you geotag your content using other's APIs then, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the content and searchable (e.g., through a location or map feature) if your content is made public by you in accordance with your privacy settings.

If you do not want to participate in an Event, do not use the particular Metadata (i.e. keyword or geotag) associated with that Event.
2.3 Promoter & Brand Emails & Phone Numbers.
We allow Promoters and Brands to use our email and text tools to contact Attendees or Customers for their current and past events or product purchases, so you may receive emails or text messages from our system that originate with such Promoters and Brands. If you have registered for an event or purchased a product on the Services, your email or phone number is available to that Promoter or Brand. However, Promoters and Brands may also import the emails or phone numbers they have from external sources and send communications through the Services to those emails or phone numbers and we will deliver those communications to those emails or phone numbers. See "Opt Out from Electronic Communications" below on how to opt out of these communications.
